Privacy information: draft for review

Massage Mentor Nigeria is a founder-led education project operated by maureen Blaq, with public business address Jahi, Abuja. Massage Mentor is not a registered company.

This notice describes the local Scorecard adapter prepared for the private WordPress build. Before it becomes a public notice, it must be checked against the deployed site, hosting, mailbox and provider arrangements. It is not a legal-compliance certification.

The Scorecard result

The ten answers are submitted to this website by a form POST to calculate your immediate result. The adapter holds answers only for processing and displaying the current response. It does not put answers in URLs, browser storage, a contact record, or its logs. No name or email is needed to score. With JavaScript enabled, leaving the page clears the answer and result elements from the page.

A random, secure, HTTP-only same-site quiz cookie supports request validation for up to one hour. It contains no answers or contact details. WordPress request nonces and a signed, time-limited form proof protect the form. A short-lived keyed hash of a network address and a request count support abuse limiting; the raw address is not stored by this adapter. Hosting logs and backups may separately contain technical information and need provider verification.

Email and newsletter choices

Optional emailed result copies and newsletter signup are implemented behind separate explicit interface and sending gates. When those gates are off, the Scorecard collects no email and sends nothing. When enabled after protected acceptance, first name is optional; a valid email is used only for the choices you make. Requesting a result copy does not subscribe you. Newsletter choice is separate, unticked, and requires a first-party confirmation link before membership or a welcome email.

Requested result copies, confirmation messages and welcome messages use authenticated maureen@massagementorng.com domain SMTP with certificate and peer-name verification. The integration calls WordPress-bundled PHPMailer directly rather than the blocked development mail wrapper. Messages are plain text and the integration adds no tracking pixel. Delivery acceptance by the mail server is not a promise of inbox delivery.

Brevo is not used to send these messages. Only after successful confirmation does the integration use Brevo’s contact API to add the confirmed address to Massage Mentor Nigeria list 9. Unsubscribe removes only list 9 membership. It does not import contacts, run campaigns, alter unrelated lists or attributes, or change global opt-out state. A provider error leaves the request marked for review rather than silently claiming success.

The local subscriber record stores a keyed email lookup, encrypted email and optional first name, hashed expiring confirmation and unsubscribe tokens, state and timestamps. It stores no Scorecard answers. Unconfirmed or review-needed requests are targeted for contact-data expiry after 30 days; one-off delivery journal entries after 90 days; confirmed subscriptions require an operational inactivity review after 12 months. These are implementation and review targets, not legal-compliance certification or guarantees about host, mailbox, backup or provider copies.

Enquiries and technical information

For enquiries and privacy requests, email hello@massagementorng.com. The information you choose to send is handled through your email service, the business mailbox and Maureen for the enquiry. Please do not include private client records, health information, identity documents or payment credentials.

The approved target is to keep closed business enquiries for 12 months, and agent-controlled logs/backups for about 30 days where supported. Mailbox and provider copies, backup handling, minimum consent or opt-out evidence and deletion procedures need actual operational verification. This draft promises no automatic mailbox deletion.

The adapter includes no analytics, advertising pixels, external frontend libraries, or email tracking. WordPress, authentication and the host may use their own cookies or technical logs. Their precise operation and retention must be checked before public launch.

Your choices and requests

You can complete the Scorecard without contact details. Email hello@massagementorng.com to ask about information held for you, corrections or deletion. Requests need to be checked against the actual records, lawful obligations and provider capabilities; this draft does not promise a particular response deadline or unsupported provider deletion.

The private site remains behind its preview authentication gate with indexing and caching disabled. Public launch and any real email or subscriber workflow are separate acceptance steps.
